Can you believe it?
I was listening to the news this morning and couldn't believe what I heard!
The news at the time was about body armor for the soldiers in Iraq. Well as you know, John Kerry brought to our attention during the presidential campaign that the soldiers did not all have body armor to protect them. Family members then started sending body armor for their love ones and could you blame them.
Well according to the newscaster, the Government said if a soldier was killed in a body armor that was not issued by the government then the soldier's family could not collect their $400,000 death insurance.
Now, I'm sure there is a logical explanation for making that rule, don't you?
Does that also mean for the many soldiers that have died that all their families received $400,000?
